No, Teatergent is not meant for consumption. While it’s true that Teatergent is derived from tea extracts, it’s important to note that any ingredient, even those safe for consumption in normal quantities, can be harmful in high concentrations. Teatergent, being highly concentrated, is designed for cleaning purposes. Although minor incidental residues pose no harm, we do not recommend direct consumption under any circumstances.

Why does it take 15 minutes for Teatergent All-purpose Cleaner to completely dissolve in water? Can it be faster?

While adding a lot of effervescent agents and disintegrating agents can make our tablets dissolve faster, we chose not to do so. Our goal in creating Teatergent products was to use food-grade ingredients and primarily maintain the constituents with concentrated tea extracts. While 15 minutes might seem lengthy in some situations, we suggest using this time as an opportunity to unwind. Enjoy a cup of tea and embrace a slower pace of life.

No, the tablet should be placed directly into the spin tub to ensure complete dissolution. The cleaning efficacy of the natural tea extracts is best realized when they come into direct contact with water.
